About the Resistance
We’re Pam and Megan, two Minnesota friends who are tired of carrying our feelings around like loose glitter in a tote bag, so we are turning them into art instead.
Pam taught Megan how to Joy Shop: finding tiny sparks of delight on purpose, even when the world is being… a lot. Pam also sprinkles whimsy on everything like it’s her job (because honestly, it is).
Megan is systems and process: the spreadsheets, the plans, the “okay, but how do we actually make 50 stickers by Friday” energy. Together, we share the belief that creativity is not just a hobby; it’s a coping skill and sometimes a megaphone.
Glue Gun Resistance was sparked by the current administration’s behavior and the grief and outrage we felt after Renee Nicole Good was killed in Minneapolis during heightened ICE activity, and the community response that followed. We didn’t know what to do with the rage, so we did what we know how to do: we made things. Miniatures, collage, photography, prints, stickers, shirts, signs, and jewelry.
Community Support
A portion of the proceeds from The Glue Gun Resistance is donated to a local charitable organization. Donation recipients may vary over time based on community needs.

This black-and-white photograph stages a quiet collision: a white dog’s curious nose meets the covered face of a black-clad figure labeled POLICE/ICE, posed on a windowsill.
The image was created in the shadow of intensified ICE activity in Minnesota in January 2026 and the wave of protests and shutdown actions that followed, including public calls for accountability after the killing of Renee Good.
